8 Animation Movies Which Blew My Mind

I’m turning 18 years old this year but I still watch animation. In fact im a big fan of animation. These 8 Animated movies are my favorite. From oldest to Newest:

1. The Jungle Book (1967)

Studio: Walt Disney Productions

I’ve only seen this movie once and I was really young but I still remember the ‘Bear Necessities’ song and that should say something. I remember every scene as if I watched the movie yesterday. Any movie which has this effect on you deserves to be praised.

2. Beauty And The Beast (1991)

Studio: Walt Disney Animation Studios

Ranked 16 in highest grossing animation movies worldwide

This movie is on the list because of the many lessons it teaches. One being that beauty isn’t all that.

3. Lion King (1994)

Studio: Walt Disney Animation Studios

Second Highest grossing animated film worldwide after Shrek 2 and followed by  Toy Story 3

This one of my favorite movies not only in animation but overall. This is a movie which all kids deserve to see but even if you’re not a child anymore you will enjoy this movie.

4. Toy Story (1995)

Studio: Pixar Animated Studios

Ranked 29 on highest animation films worldwide

Toys coming to life when humans are gone is a fantasy all children believe. Thank you Pixar for putting it on our screens.

5. The Prince of Egypt (1998)

Studio: DreamsWorks Animation

Ranked 60 in highest grossing animation films worldwide.

The amount of magic this film brought to my TV screen is amazing. And with the best author ever, God, who wouldn’t love it.

6. Shark Tale (2004)

Studio: DreamWorks Animation

Ranked 38 in highest grossing animation films worldwide.

One word to describe this movie is: SWAG. The amount of coolness Shark Tale has is incredible. This is a memorable movie.

6. Madagascar (2005)

Studio: DreamWorks Animation

Ranked 28 in highest grossing animation films worldwide.

With a catchy tune like ‘I like to move it, move it’ , who wouldn’t love Madagascar. Madagascar is one of the funniest animated films I’ve ever seen.

8. Kung Fu Panda (2008)

Studio: DreamWorks Animation

Ranked 20 in highest grossing animated films worldwide.

Alongside Madagascar, Kung Fu Panda is one of the funniest animations ever. The fighting scene’s are incredible and is why I love it so much. Some how the creators found a way to make the fighting scene’s cool and funny at the same time. This movie is legendary and will be spoken about years to come. The sequel (Kung Fu Panda 2) is just as amazing. Jack Black should be commended on the amazing work he done on Po (The Main Character). This is my second favorite movie in this list.
